At IAA Commercial Vehicles, Soloplan showcases the telematics solution inTouch with integrated smartwatch support.
With an app specifically developed for android smartwatches, the driver is offered the chance to receive, review, and respond to messages and journey data. Communication is made possible via the usual electronic data transmission devices in the driver's cab, which are linked to the smartwatch via bluetooth. The solution has been developed in cooperation with clients and the Kempten University of Applied Science. Soloplan (hall 11, booth B19) already announced that the smartwatch solution will be expanded by additional functionalities in the future. These plans include an integrated pulse analysis, which will transmit an emergency alert in case of unusual values.
